With lockdown now in place you may have limited paint colours available. So why not try an exercise in limiting your palette? I find it really helps to simplify things, to avoid overthinking. All you need to have is a white, a dark colour, warm colour and a cool colour and you are all set to go.

Carbon papers

If you ever want to recreate the marks you can make with pencils or pastels onto a painting then carbon papers are a great way to do that. You can buy ready made carbon papers from art shops but the colours are limited and I am not complete sure how light fast they are.
