Winter Show, The Biscuit Factory, NEWCASTLE

21 November 2014 until March 2015

For those of you who have visited the Biscuit Factory you will know that this gallery is large not only in terms of space but the number of artists they exhibit.  The space is ideal for my larger pieces of work and as such I will be providing the gallery with a significant body of new large landscapes.

New work,  The Old Grammar School, OTLEY

from the 1 December 2014

To celebrate the end of yet another fantastic year with TOGS I will be producing three new large landscapes for the God's Own series.  There will be a slight change to the palette though as I attempt to introduce the fantastic heather colours we are seeing at the moment.

Solo Exhibition, Creation Fine Arts, BEVERLEY

23 March until 10 May 2015

This will be  a substantial body of new work both seascapes and landscapes.  Although the title of the exhibition is still to be confirmed the collection of work will be based on a theme I have been playing with for some time now around isolation.  The gallery has put on some fantastic exhibitions of the last year or so so I have my work cut out to impress the good folk of Beverley and friends of the gallery.

Summer Show, Maiden Bridge Art Centre, MAIDEN BRIDGE, NR LANCASTER

May until end August 2015

This will be my fourth year exhibiting with David and Hannah at Maiden Bridge and I am so chuffed to have been invited back to exhibit as part of their summer show in 2015.  Exciting things happening next year as their artist in residence, Vladimir Tsivin will be showing his collection of sculpture which he produced whilst in residence at Maiden Bridge this year.  Once again I will be providing 5-6 paintings for the show and there has been a particular request to include some mountains! So mountains they shall have.

Solo Exhibition, The Old Grammar School, OTLEY

September and October 2015

This exhibition is to coincide with the two year anniversary of my very, very first solo exhibition, which also happened to be with TOGS.  I know it's a bit greedy (and maybe a tad ambitious!) to be having two solo exhibitions in one year but I couldn't turn down the opportunity to re-create the buzz from that very first exhibition.

Art in the Bar, The Angel, HETTON

9 January until 4 April 2016

Art In The Bar is a joint initiative with the Angel in Hetton and Josie Beszant of Masham Gallery.  Nine artists have been selected to showcase their work over the next two years and I am so pleased to have been one of those artists selected.  My work will be exhibited from January 2016 and will include up to 15 new pieces of work.
