Exploring oil & cold wax

This 1-day workshop is the perfect follow-on from the Atmospheric landscapes workshop where you will be introduced to techniques for building rich layers of texture, patterns, marks, and colour to form rich, complex foundations to your paintings.

Do I have the experience?

This is a standalone workshop so there is no need to have attended any previous workshops. So whether you are a professional artist or haven’t picked up a paint brush since school, absolutely no experience of painting or of working in oils needed. Just come prepared to have fun and to experiment.

Once you have attended this workshop you can progress to the Advanced oil and cold wax 3-day workshop where you will be shown advanced techniques as well as work on creating a series of paintings.
